Order Processing
All of our apparel is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.
Because our products are made to order, production may take a little longer during holdiays or periods of high demand.
Shipping Rates
• Free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more.
• Flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on U.S. orders under $75.
• Shipping charges are calculated before applicable taxes.
Delivery Times
After your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are:
• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Riverstone Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, we're happy to help.
